Lash artists
Lash appointment scheduling: full sets, fills and removals
Ogedex editorial team · · Read in Portuguese
Help clients choose the right lash appointment. Separate full sets, fills and removals with clear durations and artist review where needed.
Clients need to understand what they are booking
A lash calendar should distinguish the services the artist actually offers. Full sets, fills, removals and brow services should not appear as interchangeable appointments when their conditions or reserved times differ.
Use clear names and short booking instructions. If fill eligibility depends on artist assessment, explain that the request needs review. The calendar should not automatically approve a condition that only the professional can evaluate.
Build a service menu around real differences
- Create separate entries for services with different durations or booking conditions.
- Use times observed in your own workflow, including preparation and reset time.
- Check which artists perform each service before publishing available slots.
- Provide a way to ask staff which appointment type is appropriate.
- When a request changes, review its duration and the following appointments, not just its label.
A fill request may need a different appointment
In a fictional example, a client selects a short fill appointment, but the artist needs to assess whether that service is suitable. It is better to explain the review step before confirmation than to discover at arrival that the booked time cannot accommodate the work.
The artist determines technical criteria, aftercare and whether a return visit is appropriate. A calendar is a record of that decision, not a source of universal fill intervals or treatment advice. Keep technical questions with the qualified professional.
Test the booking experience before sharing the link
In Ogedex, configure service price and duration, associate the appropriate staff and review the page on a phone. Where approval is required, verify the status the client sees instead of assuming a request is already confirmed.
Relationship rules can prepare return messages for staff review and sending. Ogedex is not described as an autonomous chat assistant that evaluates lashes, chooses a technique or interprets a WhatsApp reply as a calendar action. Try one full-set request and one fill request with fictional data to check the distinction.
